1. Online Application: Start by filling out the online application form available at isa.arel.edu.tr. During this process, you’ll need to upload the following documents:
• High school diploma (with an English or Turkish translation)
• Certified transcript (with an English or Turkish translation)
• Copy of passport

 

2. Application Submission: After submitting your application, you’ll receive a proposal letter from Istanbul Arel University detailing the pre-payment required for acceptance.

 

3. Final Registration Documents: Once accepted, you must personally visit the Istanbul Arel University Student Affairs Office within the specified dates on the academic calendar. Prepare the following documents for final registration:
• Certified copy of high school diploma and its notarized Turkish translation
• Certificate of Equivalence for international diplomas
• Visa annotated for study
• Notarized copy of official ID card or passport page
• Bank receipt proving tuition fee payment
• Six photographs (4.5 x 6 cm.) taken within the last six months
• Original result documents of any national or international exams
• Original language proficiency exam results (if applicable)

 

4. Language Proficiency: Depending on the program’s language of instruction, you may need to provide evidence of language proficiency through accepted exams. If required, take the English or Turkish Language Proficiency Exam held by the University or participate in a preparatory program.

 

5. Additional Documents: Prepare any other documents requested by Istanbul Arel University specific to your chosen department or program.

 

6. Important Considerations: Registration cannot be completed via post and must be done within specified dates. Failure to meet minimum requirements or submit necessary documents will result in application rejection. Applicants may be called for an interview if deemed necessary.
